The Global Tourism Development Organization (GTDO) is structured to efficiently support its mission of promoting sustainable and culturally respectful tourism worldwide. At the helm is an Executive Board comprised of industry veterans, responsible for setting strategic directions and ensuring alignment with GTDO’s core values. Supporting this board is a team of specialized departments, each focused on key operational areas such as Marketing, Business Development, and Policy Advocacy. The Marketing Department is tasked with designing and implementing global promotional campaigns, while the Business Development team is engaged in forming strategic partnerships and expanding territorial reach. Additionally, the Policy Advocacy unit works closely with local and international authorities to champion sustainable tourism practices.
